Sam spent the first 22 years of his career as an executive for three Fortune 500 companies—including Ford Motor Company—but he decided his love for working with people outweighed the risk of leaving those Fortune 500s behind and he made the jump to non-medical home care.
To Sam, choosing home care services was a natural fit because it is so very close to his personal beliefs. Sam knows and respects his clients, not just as business clients, but as professionals and people. “These people were very successful in their day,” he says, and they often remind him of his own parents. “My parents are both retired, and it means a lot to them that I care about their generation.”
With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Sam now turns his engineering mindset towards home care, perfecting the processes and protocols that his team uses to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction, as well as personally handling complicated insurance paperwork for his clients.
